O Junmai Daiginjo Sara Tobintori da Kuramitsu é coletado livremente por gravidade de sacos de tecido suspensos em barris tobin, um método que captura apenas a fração mais delicada do moromi sem pressão aplicada. Produzido pela única cervejaria de sake de Oita City desde 1864, a linha Sara recebeu prêmios consecutivos no National Sake Competition, e esta versão junmai daiginjo utiliza água subterrânea do Rio Ono e fermento de alto éster.
