Este Daiginjo Sara Tobingakoi da Kuramitsu é prensado pelo método tobin, no qual o moromi é suspenso em sacos de tecido e o sake escorre livremente para barris tobin sem pressão mecânica. É elaborado com Yamada Nishiki, água subterrânea do Rio Ono e o fermento de alto éster aromático da cervejaria, representando o ápice da premiada linha Sara da Kuramitsu.
