Versão koshu (envelhecida) do Daiginjo Sara da Kuramitsu, este sake mantém a mesma base de água do Rio Ono e a fundação de levedura de alto éster da versão padrão, aprofundada pelo envelhecimento prolongado em adega. A Kuramitsu é a única destilaria de sake sobrevivente em Oita City, fundada em 1864, e envelhece uma parte de sua expressão premium Sara para desenvolver complexidade adicional.
