Junmai elaborado com arroz Gohyakumangoku polido a 65%, proveniente de Fujiseda, Shizuoka. O Gohyakumangoku resulta em um caráter de arroz mais leve e limpo; a água suave do Rio Setogawa e a levedura Shizuoka conferem ao sake uma sensação de boca arredondada com acidez delicada e discreta.
