Description

A região de Senboku, celeiro de Akita, é uma planície situada entre as montanhas Ou a leste e os contrafortes do Monte Chokai a oeste. Kanazawa Nishine fica quase no centro desta planície, onde a qualidade e a quantidade permitem uma produção estável de arroz. Grande parte do Misato Nishiki utilizado no Harugasumi é colhida aqui, pelo experiente grupo agrícola Misato Sun Farm (representante: Yoshiichi Fukasawa). O Misato Nishiki desta origem é o "Kuribayashi" Kanazawa Nishine.
