Produzido na cidade de Misato, conhecida por sua abundância de nascentes naturais, o sake se beneficia de água subterrânea suave captada de 25 metros de profundidade. O perfil kangarikara (suprasseco) acrescenta um final vigorante que equilibra a profundidade característica do sake yamahai de Akita.
