Elaborado como honjozo com polimento de 65%, este nama-chozoshu da Okunomatsu em Fukushima é armazenado sem pasteurização e submetido a apenas um tratamento térmico antes do engarrafamento, preservando um caráter fresco e vivo. A água de nascente do Monte Adatara, maturada por aproximadamente 40 anos no subsolo, é utilizada em todo o processo de produção.
