Description

A Toshimaya Shuzo, fundada em 1596 e uma das mais antigas produtoras de sake de Tóquio, extrai água da rocha-base de Musashino a 150 metros de profundidade e fornece sake cerimonial aos santuários Meiji Jingu e Kanda Myojin. O Okunokami Junmai Ginjo é engarrafado completamente não pasteurizado (nama), sem qualquer tipo de ajuste (muchousei). O Hattan Nishiki de Hiroshima, polido a 50%, produz um sake de frescura imediata e vibrante: aromas de banana e pera, notas de abacaxi e suave noz no paladar, e uma vitalidade levemente efervescente e amarga no acabamento, marca de um sake verdadeiramente não processado.
