O daiginjo com rótulo da ninfa celestial (tennyo) é a expressão principal da Takachiyo Shuzo, batizada em homenagem ao Monte Makihata, com 1.967 metros de altitude nos Alpes do Sul de Niigata. Elaborado com arroz Ipponjime cultivado sob contrato e água de nascentes subterrâneas da montanha, apresenta umami suave e limpo com final refinado e duradouro.
