A água vem do lençol freático do Sistema do Rio Oigawa, nos Alpes do Sul. O arroz utilizado inclui Yamada Nishiki cultivado parcialmente pela própria destilaria. O fermento é o levedura de Shizuoka. As técnicas seguem o estilo Ginjo de Shita Mori e Denbei. O toji é Kuramoto Tori Denzaburo Aoshima.
