Este chotokusen daiginjo da Kikumasamune é produzido pelo método kimoto e lançado como shiboritate, ou seja, é um sake recém-prensado e não envelhecido, engarrafado logo após a fermentação. A combinação da entrada de fermentação kimoto, trabalhosa por natureza, com a frescura do shiboritate cria uma rara interação entre a complexidade lática e selvagem e o caráter vívido e jovem da bebida.

Lightly sweet, melon aromas and pear evident on the tongue. Mellow and smooth, with slight acidity and dryness at the end. Easy drinking. Goes with a wide variety of foods. Good for beginners.
