Chamado Hyakunen no Kodawari, ou Cem Anos de Dedicação, este junmai é feito com Nippon Bare polido a 70% na kura de Gifu que foi pioneira no moderno movimento koshu do Japão. O Nippon Bare é o arroz central da kura, escolhido por sua capacidade de suportar o envelhecimento prolongado.
