Um honjozo namacho (armazenado sem pasteurização e envasado com uma única pasteurização) de uma cervejaria de Niigata fundada em 1866. O armazenamento fresco preserva uma qualidade viva e limpa, mantendo o caráter característico da casa, com doçura arredondada e umami firme. Produzido com água subterrânea naturalmente filtrada em Joetsu, Niigata.
