Tokubetsu junmai elaborado com Miyama Nishiki cultivado em Shinshu Shinmachi, lançado como namagenshu (não pasteurizado e não diluído) com cerca de 18% de álcool. O estilo valoriza a harmonia com a comida, construído sobre acidez crocante e limpa e umami de arroz desenvolvido por cerca de 35 dias de fermentação em baixas temperaturas.
