🍶
Description
Brewed as a daiginjo in Yamagata Prefecture, with the rice polished to at least 50% for a refined, delicate character. It offers a light, dry profile with aromas of tropical fruit, melon, and a hint of sage, moving into a warm spiciness reminiscent of cinnamon on the palate. The finish is supple and satiny, with a whisper of spiced apple.
