Fundada em 1890, esta destilaria alcança o feito técnico de produzir 10.000 koku de daiginjo anualmente por meio da técnica de absorção uniforme zaru-gaeshi e do tradicional cozimento a vapor seiro-kama, representando uma das expressões mais refinadas do estilo limpo e suave de Niigata.
