Junmai daiginjo da linha de distribuição limitada Denshin, produzido com Koshi no Shizuku, um arroz de sake raro nativo da região Oku-Echizen de Fukui, polido a 45%. A cervejaria utiliza água subterrânea do Monte Hoon-ji e persegue o ideal da casa de mizumizushii karakuchi (vivo e seco). Aromas de pêssego branco e lichia são acompanhados por um final limpo e nítido com profundidade persistente.
