Yamada Nishiki polido a 40% forma a base deste daiginjo pasteurizado da Asahimatsu Shuzo em Yame, Fukuoka. Produzido no estilo tradicional de fermentação a frio somente no inverno, estabelecido desde a fundação da destilaria na era Taisho, entrega um aroma ginjo vibrante e um paladar ameno e arredondado. A característica prensa hidráulica da destilaria produz um sake sem sabores indesejados.
