O arroz Omachi polido a 55% é fermentado com levedura de flor Nadeshiko neste junmai ginjo fresco da Amabuki Shuzo. A levedura de nadeshiko gera um aroma elegante e elevado, ao lado de uma riqueza encorpada que equilibra o final limpo e seco. Elaborado com água subterrânea das Montanhas Sefuri e arroz da planície de Saga, este lançamento não aquecido preserva o caráter frutado e vibrante da levedura de flor.
