Yurihama Deluxe is a regional-tribute expression from Fukura Shuzo named after Yurihama, the coastal Tottori town that hosts the brewery on Lake Togo's shore. Founded in 1889, the brewery draws on the area's mild Sanin climate and coastal water sources to shape this approachable, laid-back sake.

Fukura Sake Brewery decided to work on self -(employee) sake manufacturing since the 2007 sake brewing year.
The manufacturing manager belongs to the Izumo Toru Association, and will work on sake manufacturing while inheriting the flow of Izumo Mori.
