Fukura Sake Brewery decided to work on self -(employee) sake manufacturing since the 2007 sake brewing year.
The manufacturing manager belongs to the Izumo Toru Association, and will work on sake manufacturing while inheriting the flow of Izumo Mori.

History
1889
Founded in 1889 (Meiji 22). The business originally also made Japanese confectionery under the trade name "Fukuiya", selling sake under the brands Fukubotan and Fukuizumi until the early Showa era, before naming the brand "Togo" (later "Sanin Togo") after the local place name.
1954
Fukura Shuzojo Ltd. was established, obtaining sake manufacturing and retail licenses.
1976
The company name was changed to Fukura Shuzo Co., Ltd. (Yugengaisha).
2007
The brewery began having its own employees handle sake brewing, joining the Izumo Toji Guild.
2010
Fukura Shuzo Co., Ltd. (Kabushikigaisha) was established.
