From the brewery
Fukura Sake Brewery decided to work on self -(employee) sake manufacturing since the 2007 sake brewing year.
The manufacturing manager belongs to the Izumo Toru Association, and will work on sake manufacturing while inheriting the flow of Izumo Mori.
