Yoshikawatoji Okarakuchi (very dry) is brewed from Gohyakumangoku and Koshi Ibuki at 60% polishing, combining the crisp dryness of Gohyakumangoku with the rounded umami of the food rice variety. It won a gold award at the 2020 Zenkoku Kanzake Contest in the value ぬる燗 (luke-warm sake) category.
