Yamasammasamune Honjozo Karakuchibenkei uses Gohyakumangoku and other local rices polished to 70%, brewed as a dry honjozo by Sakemochida Honten in Shimane. Named after the legendary warrior Benkei, the karakuchi (dry) style reflects the assertive character of Izumo sake.
