Description
TurquoiseBlue takes its name from the gemstone said to ward off misfortune and invite luck, and is built on Kairyo Shinko rice polished to 55%. Citrus-driven aromas give way to a melon and banana-tinged juicy sweetness, underpinned by a smooth acidity and an elegant, lingering finish. Released as a seasonal expression within the Yamamoto color series, it draws on the subtle mineral character of Shirakami mountain spring water.
