A second brand launched in 2005 when the current brewery Yamamoto started making sake. It is now a main brand and supports the stalls of Yamamoto Sake Brewery. Initially, the concept of Yamamoto performs a series of processes from rice polishing to squeezing, but the production volume has increased year by year, and in recent years Yamamoto has been in the control tower, and the staff is in charge of each process. If Mr. Yamamoto from all over the country really buys it, it will be sold out in one day, but the reality is not sweet.
