Description
A slightly wild aging fire -filled sake. Compared to non -filtered raw sake using the same raw material, the aged sweetness is in harmony with beautiful acidity, which is a characteristic of the turtle tail. Finally, this is also a pure rice ginjo sake with a mountain abolition that makes you feel comfortable with the bitterness of the tail tail.
