Kura no Hana polished to 60% is released as an autumnal hiyaoroshi in this Miyagi tokubetsu junmai from KK Yamawa Shuzouten under the Washigakuni label. Pasteurized once in spring and matured through summer, it arrives in autumn with fruity aroma and a slightly full-bodied, clean finish.
