Description

Tokubetsu honjozo named Raijin, brewed with 100% Yamagata-grown Dewa Sansan polished to 60% and produced as a muroka (unfiltered) nakazumi bottling. Mellow and soft with a faint ginjo character and a clean, dry finish, it carries an acidity of 3.0 that gives firm structure.
