Description
Part of the Yamakawamitsuo collaborative project, in which four Yamagata breweries each contribute a seasonal release, this 2016 Yamagata-limited edition uses 100% Yamagata sake rice polished to 50%. Malolactic-style fermentation technique was applied, lending a characteristic soft acidity.
