Description
Brewed with Yamagata-grown Yuki Megami and Dewa Sansan rice polished to 50%, this summer junmai ginjo is low-temperature fermented and diluted to around 14% ABV for a light, easy-drinking character. Slightly sweet with a clean finish, it was designed to evoke the dahlia fields of Kawanishi-machi in Yamagata.
