Yamagata-grown rice is polished to 70% for this honjozo from Nakaoki Sake Brewery in Kawanishi, produced in the Okitama basin surrounded by the Azuma, Asahi, and Iide mountain ranges. The Uyoikkon brand was built around the idea of sake that keeps the cup moving naturally from one round to the next.
