Description

Dewa no Sato rice forms the base of this hiyaoroshi junmai namazume genshu from Nakaoki Sake Brewery in Kawanishi, Yamagata, bottled undiluted after a full summer of cellar aging. One-time pasteurization at bottling locks in the rounded, autumn-matured character typical of hiyaoroshi releases.
