Description

Ogawa yeast is a Ginjo yeast born in Ibaraki, which was separated by Mr. Ogawa in 1952. We brewed the king of sake rice "Yamada Nishiki" with "Ogawa Yeast", which is proud of Ibaraki. Please enjoy Ibaraki sake that makes you drunk until you go.
