Description

Junmai made from Hitachi Nishiki, a sake rice variety developed by Ibaraki Prefecture and registered in 2003, polished to 55% with the brewery's signature Ogawa yeast. Hitachi Nishiki's large-grain, high-white-heart character supports a transparent, well-defined flavor with mascot-like green sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.
