Description
Tororinigorigenshu is a honjozo nigori genshu made from Hida Homare at 65% polishing, bottled undiluted and unfiltered, with a creamy, thick texture described as eating the moromi. Brewed using ginjo yeast without water addition, the natural sweetness is concentrated and rich, while the finish clears cleanly despite the density. The sake is equally enjoyable on the rocks or with soda.
