Description
It is a sake brewed using the Tokugawa Shogun Gozen rice in Gifu Prefecture. Rice poles 60 % In the Hinouchi Town, it has a history of producing the General of the Shogun Kitchen (Gozen rice) as a territory of the Shogunate since the Edo period, and the quality and management of rice were evaluated. With only the rice rice rice (Gozen rice), one of the best sake breweries in Gifu Prefecture, Kakamigahara no Mori, was built up.
