In Maezawa, Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture, the sake brewery, which has continued since the Meiji era, was merged in 1958.
In making rice, we have been working on contract cultivation with local farmers in the "Kame -no -tail" since 1993, and in 2017, and has been cultivating contract with local farmers, all of which are specific names sake brewing in Southern rice from Iwate Prefecture. I am doing.
Oshu -shi Maezawa is also a famous area of high -quality ingredients called Maezawa beef, and pursues not only making sake using local sake rice and water, but also the production of sake that suits local ingredients, and is a characteristic of each ingredient.
