From the brewery

In Maezawa, Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture, the sake brewery, which has continued since the Meiji era, was merged in 1958. In making rice, we have been working on contract cultivation with local farmers in the "Kame -no -tail" since 1993, and in 2017, and has been cultivating contract with local farmers, all of which are specific names sake brewing in Southern rice from Iwate Prefecture.
