Description

Daiginjo Kazuno is Chitosezakari Shuzo's tribute to its hometown, Kazuno City in northern Akita, a mountainous region bordering Aomori and Iwate at the boundary of Japan's most storied northern brewing landscape. Founded in 1872, the brewery crafts this daiginjo with the same meticulous care that has defined its tradition for over 150 years.
