Description
Named after the Anabuki River in Tokushima, this junmai (labeled tokubetsu junmai on some bottlings) uses Gin no Sato rice. The Anabuki River water source and the locally developed Gin no Sato variety give the sake a distinct regional identity.

Born and raised in this blessed place, a wonderful nature,
I want to make alcohol that can be a "smile" person who drinks.
We are particular about the ingredients, increase handicrafts, and pursue pure rice sake brewing only with rice and rice koji.
