Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% forms the base of this daiginjo from Nakayu Sake Brewery in Miyagi's Kami Town. Crafted using traditional steam-kettle methods and the soft subterranean water of the Ou Mountains foothills, it has received gold prizes at SAKE COMPETITION 2019 and consecutive awards at the Nanbu Toji regional competition, with an elegant, fruit-laced ginjo aroma and a refined, clean palate.
