Tenjoumugen Junmai Daiginjo Shizukushibori

Description

The exquisite taste of the Tanrei Cillk and the subtle incense are well -balanced. A handmade product close to the ultimate art. Glossy ginjo scent, calm and deep umami. A highly perfection taste that both are in harmony. "Shizukuri" is a very troublesome way to put the finished sake fluff in a cloth bag and collect only drops that hang down with the gentle pressure of only its own weight. Because of the low pressure, it is finished in a clear taste without miscellaneous taste.
