Tenjin Genshu is an undiluted sake from Yokozeki Shuzo, a small-scale Meiji-era brewery in Saitama's Kodama District. Bottled without water addition, genshu retains its natural alcohol level and a more concentrated flavor compared to the standard diluted release.
