Description

Arabashiri (first-run unfiltered press) is the base for this junmai daiginjo from Yokozeki Shuzo, a Meiji-era micro-brewery in Saitama's Kodama District. Representing the brewery's flagship Tenjin label at its most premium, it captures the lively, expressive character of the first portion to emerge from the press.
