🍶
Description
Named after the highest-ranking samurai-class landowners of the Edo period, this lightly sparkling active nigori is made with Nara-grown rice polished to 70%. The brewers employ a proprietary technique that allows the sake to remain effervescent and lively without the foaming typical of active nigori.
