Description
Kinuhikari rice at 60% koji and Nara-grown rice at 70% kake combine to produce this Tokubetsu Junmai, brewed at the foot of Tanzan Shrine in Sakurai using water from the Terakawa well. Sake meter value of +1 and acidity of 2.2 indicate a nearly neutral sweetness-dryness balance with a lively backbone.
