Reflie the flag with a dry dryness.
We believe that it is necessary to do inefficient things to make delicious sake, so we are particular about the old -fashioned manufacturing method, with small amounts of rice washing, low -temperature ginjo brewing, wooden tank squeezing. More than 60 % of the rice polished rice walk. The pure rice non -filtered raw sake that uses Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture (Kamai, Tengu Matsu is Nojoho) is "rich and dry". I can't lose to any dish.
