Description
Suginotsuyu is a sake produced in Niigata prefecture, where the cold climate, soft snowmelt water, and high-quality rice cultivation contribute to the region's signature refined and dry style. Like many Niigata sakes, it showcases a clean, smooth texture that pairs well with the delicate seafood and cuisine of the Japan Sea coast.
