Suginishiki Junmai Daiginjo Sizukutori 2018BY

Rate this sake
🍶
Description

It is a preparation with Shizuoka yeast "HD -1", but this year's sake is characteristic of Ginjo that reminds me of Muscat a little like last year. I think it is a scent that does not interfere with the meal without a dust. I think it is a liquor in line with the design of Ginjo sake, which is not too sweet and has a moderate scent.
