Description

It is a low -acid sake quality using Shizuoka yeast. It has a gentle taste due to the well -cut sake degree and umami ingredient. It is a different type from other Sugi Nishiki, which was made in Shizuoka's sake, and was made by raw and mountain abolition. The yeast has been changed from 2017BY to HD-1.
